Privacy Policy

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the ValhallaOS website and product (collectively, "the Site"), operated by Valhalla Business Advisors, LLC. This notice applies solely to information collected by the Site.

It explains: what personally identifiable information we collect, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared. We pledge to take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information collected and/or provided through the Site will only be used in ways that are in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Revisions to This Notice

Valhalla Business Advisors, LLC may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the effective date of any revision on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revision means you accept and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy as modified.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  1. Information you voluntarily provide — when you fill out the demo request form on the marketing landing page (name, work email, company, team size, notes), or when you log in as an authorized user of the Site.
  2. Information collected automatically — when you visit any page, we record the URL path, your IP address, the referring URL, your browser's user-agent string, and the timestamp. We also use the IP address to look up an approximate location (country, region, and city level only — never a precise location) via the public ip-api.com service. For authorized users we additionally record successful logins, logouts, failed login attempts, and create/update/delete actions on records inside the product (for internal audit). These are used to operate the Site, detect abuse, satisfy our audit obligations, and inform product decisions.

How We Use and Share Information

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. We use your information only to respond to your request (for demo submissions), operate the product (for authenticated users), and protect the Site from abuse.

We have no obligation to monitor the Site or to retain any user session. However, we reserve the right at all times to monitor, review, retain, and/or disclose any information, including IP addresses, as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to cooperate with law enforcement in investigation of a claim of illegal activity. We may also use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to protect the Site, our customers, or others.

Children

The Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of thirteen. We encourage parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of their personal data while using the Internet.

Security

As no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we do our best to ensure its security on our systems by making reasonable efforts to protect the information. Authentication uses industry-standard password hashing; auth events (logins, logouts, failed attempts) are logged to help us detect and respond to threatening activity.

We will not be liable for disclosures of personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, nor should this be misconstrued as an endorsement of those sites. Information practices on third-party sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or investment advice or a substitute for professional counsel. The Site does not create a client or advisory relationship between you and Valhalla Business Advisors, LLC. Information sent to or from the Site may be intercepted by third parties due to limitations in Internet security; you agree not to hold Valhalla Business Advisors, LLC responsible for any such interception, and you waive any claim of confidentiality for information submitted via the Site.
